Cristiana Enache graduated Law School – University of Bucharest in 2022 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since September of 2022.
As a student, she was a member of ‘ABC JURIDIC’, a very well-known and appreciate website of legal publications, where she proofread and translate in English various articles and drafted ‘Paralela între Magistrații-asistenți ai Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție și Magistrații-asistenți ai Curții Constituționale a României’.
Her experience consists of drafting legal documents (writ of summons, pleadings, appeals, Internal Regulation, contracts), legal assistance and representation before courts and other authorities, preparation of the file for foreclosure procedure, registering mentions at the National Trade Register Office.
