Simona Dinescu graduated the Bucharest University School of Law in 2011 and se holds a Master Degree in European Law – Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, 2012 with the dissertation thesis “Non-tariff Obstacles to the Free Movement of Goods”. She is also a member of the Romanian Bar Union and Bucharest Bar and Cristofor, Vladu & Asociatii, Bucharest law firm, Senior Associate Lawyer.
Simona provides legal assistance for Romanian and foreign clients in civil, commercial, administrative and labour litigation matters. She also specializes in banking areas such as insolvency and enforcement procedure.
She holds a diploma for the Conference “Constitutional Law of the European Union “organized by the Romanian Association for Law and European Affairs, the University Publishing House and the Center for European Law Studies (CSDE) of the Institute for Legal Research within the Romanian Academy, Bucharest.
Simona has an extensive experience in relationship with Romanian authorities as she was an intern at the Ministry of Justice and Citizens – Freedoms within the Directorate Elaboration of Normative Acts, Studies and Documentation and Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Department of Legal Affairs.
