Adrian Vladu assisted and represented Romanian and foreign clients in civil law litigations and obtained a high level of expertise in Civil law, Debt recovery, Corporate & commercial, M&A, Intellectual Property, Public procurement, Banking and Employment and social security law.
Adrian was also involved in complex transactions ranging from high-profile international and domestic Mergers & Acquisitions projects to due diligence for real estate assets, offering consultancy for corporate clients in various fields, such as real estate industrial development, leasing, non-financial institutions, co-working spaces, tourism and hospitality industry (HORECA).
Adrian Vladu graduated Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, in 2009 and Master studies in Judicial Career– Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, 2010 and become a lawyer in February 2011.
He is a member of Bucharest Bar and a founding partner of Cristofor, Vladu & Asociatii SCA, and obtained the title of public procurement expert by the National Public Procurement Agency.

- On October 2023, Mr. Adrian Vladu, has successfully completed the Bonavero-UNESCO MOOC on Freedom of Expression and Safety of Journalists. This course was developed in collaboration with the University of Oxford and aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the international legal framework and standards on freedom of expression and the safety of journalists. It also covered topics such as digital rights, media pluralism, gender and freedom of expression, and the role of judicial actors in protecting these rights, presenting a comprehensive legal knowledge needed in today’s geopolitical context.
